I was charged but I can't find my purchases.
Nine times out of ten this is due to the fulfillment step having been skipped or interrupted in some manner. Please visit your Pending Purchases located on the left hand side menu, under Marketplace. This page will find any unfulfilled purchases and prompt you to process them.

The checkout confirmation page says I have unfulfilled purchases.
All this warning means is that you purchased something previously but it has not yet been fulfilled. Most of the time this is due to the fulfillment step being skipped or interrupted for some reason. The warning merely suggests that you fulfill all of your purchases to ensure you are not buying something a second time because it was assumed the previous purchase failed. If you're aware of what's waiting and are not concerned then you may Complete your purchase.

What does it mean that my payment is "pending?"
A pending payment means that although you have submitted the payment, the financial institution is unable to instantly transfer the necessary funds. Instead you will need to wait up to seven business days for it to clear. Once cleared however, you will receive a message, usually within 24 hours, with a link to fulfill your purchase.

Why is there a $1.00 charge on my credit card?
The $1.00 "charge" is actually just a pending hold that is a side effect of our fraud prevention process. It is however, not really a charge as the money will never be transferred out of your account. The hold usually only lasts a few hours (although the actual time varies by financial institution).
