IV. How do we collect your personal information?

In order to better service Users and fulfill our stated purposes, we may disclose Personal Information to third parties who are legally
or contractually obligated to keep such information private. We may provide any Personal Information you provide us to third parties
who provide products, information or services which we believe you may be interested in purchasing or obtaining. In doing so, we will
make reasonable efforts to ensure that these third parties only use the Personal Information for our stated purposes and provide a

VI. Can I review and correct my personal information?
Users may review the Personal Information they have provided to us by visiting the "My Account" link on the front page of Our Site.
Users may modify or delete any Personal Information that is incorrect. Users can also withdraw their consent for us to use their
Personal Information in a specified manner, send them certain communications from time to time and to share their Personal Information
with third parties, provided they give us reasonable notice of the withdrawal. However, withdrawing consent to certain uses of Personal
Information may affect our ability to provide a User with our products and services requested by the User.
Users cannot access their Personal Information where:
- the information requested is protected by solicitor-client privilege
- disclosing the information requested would reveal confidential commercial information
- disclosing the information requested could be reasonably expected to threaten another individual's life or security
- the information requested was collected to detect and prevent fraud
- the information requested was generated in the course of a formal dispute resolution process

Users may not review or change any Anonymous Information.
VII. How do we protect personal information and keep it up-to-date?
Our Site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of Personal Information. During sessions in which Users
give us sensitive Personal Information such as credit card numbers, we encrypt transmissions using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

advertisements, themselves, may be used by third parties or others to collect personal or other information about visitors to Our Site. It
is solely the visitor's obligation to review and understand the privacy practices and policies of these other Web sites and of these
advertisers and third parties.
IX. Compliance
We comply with the Safe Harbour privacy principles. We have trained our employees and conduct objective reviews of our practices to ensure
that we comply with such principles as reflected in this Privacy Policy. If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with this
