Mail issue fixed

The service for emails for password recovery, new user creation, and making purchases is now fixed. There should also no longer be an error message when purchasing credits (due to the email system having issues).

Fall Balance Update

Starting on October 29th, we will be deploying a series of patches for the Fall Balance Update. This is being done in waves due to the size of the update. Notes for the changes can be found on the forums.

In addition, we have pushed another client update for October onto Steam for both Windows and OSX. This readds the ability to view the Drums of War in the client on the main screen.
