Look for kind players only.
Rank does not matter even if it is a plus!
What matter is they are willing to help others!
If player want a guild to stay in, that is fine too.
Any misbehaving conduct in the guild will be kicked ^^

Rule1: Treat others how you want to be treated.
Rule2: Report any persisting conflict to me.
Rule3: No loaning rune w/o getting equal value rune!
