- Avatar Features
- New Avatar tokens for sale in the pack store. An Avatar token will add one entire LEVEL to your Avatar.
- Avatars may now gain enough experience to reach level 30
- Avatars will now heal a fixed amount when transfiguring (20 hp unupgraded, with levels taking it to 30)
- We have made major improvements to our fullscreen / resolution support. These changes may be applied in the game for the downloadable client, and on the web for Java Web Start users.
- Players can now select their resolution for windowed mode
- Players can now select their resolution for fullscreen (exclusive) mode
- Support added for 'Fullscreen Windowed' mode. This mode allows for a full screen experience while supporting quick application switching (alt+tab)
- The PoxNora Trader interface has been improved
- Users now have better search parameters to find what they are looking for on the Trader.
- Users now have the option to list trades in different time increments.
- Users now have the option to cancel open bids after 12 hours.
- Expired trades are now cleaned up after 1 hour, down from 24.
- The Gen Con rune promotion has come to an end.
- A more aggressive rank decay has been implemented.
- The Drums of War page has been revamped. Players can now participate in the ongoing struggle between the factions directly.
- Factions will now have Battle progress bars that, when filled, will advance the overall War progress bar for that alignment (protectorate and wrath).
- Players will now no longer earn negative points for their faction. Existing negative scores have been set to zero. Players will now earn 3 points for a victory and 1 for a defeat.
- The winning side (Protectorate or Wrath) will receive prizes at the end of the war. A player's alignment for the war will be determined by which side he contributes more to.
- A one click Battle Group reset button has been added. The icon to reset a Battle Group can be found in the upper right hand corner of the page when viewing your Battle Group.
- The sample Battle Groups have been updated for ease of use among new players.
- Unrestricted Play (formerly known as "Circus") has returned to unranked and single player games.
- We have made visual improvements to the following abilities.

- Attack Electrical
- Flamestrike
- Added achievements for the last few campaigns which were previously missing them
- To provide a more secure gaming experience, new user accounts are now locked from trading for the first two weeks.
General Changes
- Changes to Premium
- Premium members now have access to all eight Warbanner runes.
- Access to these runes ends when a premium membership expires.
- These Warbanners are not tradeable.
- Premium members receive a token pack every 30 days.
- Premium members receive two expansion rune packs with each expansion release. These packs replace the monthly booster packs.
- In an ongoing effort to provide players more options, we will be changing the way midterm sales such as the Angels and Doombringers are sold. This next midterm sale will allow you to choose which expansion booster packs you want included.
- Amplification global effects now have new standardized icons
- The "Trials" campaigns have been reworked to be easier on the normal setting.
- The Ironfist Pass map has been changed to have 3 Nora fonts in an effort to stop turtle play on this map.
- The Forglar map has been removed from ranked play.
- The K'Thir Hill map newly added for regular game play in casual and ranked lobbies.
- Skull of Decay now shows up in the Global Effects list
- Player ranks have been reset.
General Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Enflamed was only damaging units within 1 space, rather than within 2 spaces
- Fixed an issue where Thunder Strike was not taking the Avatar's ATK into consideration for the ATK/DEF calculation
- Fixed an issue where Reckless Command was hitting relics.
