For the June patch, we have focused mostly on client quality of life fixes as well as some fixes and changes to allow for some runes to be allowed in ranked play again.

Ranked Play
DEV NOTE: Based on feedback, the minimum amount of rating has been increased towards what it was initially and rating decay has been toned down. The goal is to promote fairness and more event matchups but these changes are to help alleviate the feeling that progress is too easily lost. As always, everyone's input is appreciated. * The minimum amount of gained rating is now 3 (was 2).
* Rating decay now only triggers after 4 days of inactivity (was 3).
* Rating decay now only is 5 rating loss per day of inactivity after grace period.

When this relic leaves play, at end of turn, and the end of each turn thereafter, this terrain manipulation effect ends on the most recently affected spaces).* Germination Engine changed to: When this relic is deployed, a Level 3 Young Sapling with Font Ignorance is summoned on the nearest unoccupied space within 5 spaces. At the end of every 6 turns, a Level 3 Young Sapling with Font Ignorance is summoned on the nearest unoccupied space within 5 spaces. This relic loses 5 HP each time a Level 3 Young Sapling is summoned. This relic has Forest Front. Saplings summoned from this relic cost 10 nora.
* Glacier Engine changed to: This relic has Arctic, Ice Aura (When this unit is deployed, and at the beginning of each turn, spaces within 3 spaces from this unit become Ice) and Ice Generator (At the end of your turn, spaces adjacent to terrain generated by this ability become Ice (to a maximum distance of 10). * Nora Well changed to: At the start of each of your turns, a Nora globe worth between 5 and 15 nora is randomly dropped adjacent to this relic.
* Sand Generator changed to: This relic has Sand Aura (When this unit is deployed, and at the beginning of each turn, spaces within 3 spaces from this unit become Sand) and Sand Generator (Friendly champions within 3 spaces of this unti gain Desert Camouflage permanently when this unit is deployed. At the end of your turn, spaces adjacent to terrain generated by this ability become Sand (to a maximum distance of 10). When this relic leaves play, at end of turn, and the end of each turn thereafter, this terrain manipulation effect ends on the most recently affected spaces).
Spells
* Fixed an issue with the spell Blink in which the target location would always show as large rather than small for a small champion.* Blood Exchange changed to: Target friendly owned champion's current hit points are swapped with the current hit points of the closest non-avatar friendly champion.
* Cultural Contamination changed to: This spell is preordained. For the next 6 turns, champions you deploy with Race: Kanen gain it Overseer: Moga 2 and champions with Race: Moga gain Pack Mentality. If a champion with Race: Kanen and the ability Overseer: Moga 2 is already in play upon casting this spell, friendly champions with Pack Mentality gain +5 MAX HP.
* Cultural Contamination's Nora cost changed from 20 to 25 (CD 5)
* Last Stand changed to: Target champion gains Faithless, Skirmisher, Solitary, Encroached, Defender of Chaos 2, and +10 MAX HP, and all other champions you own are sacrified. If no champions are sacrificed, this spell fizzles.
* Fixed an issue with the spell Humble in which the greater than 80 nora clause would not function correctly.
* Touch of Vindrax changed to: Target friendly real champion gains Revere: Vindrax and the closest friendly real champion to target also gains Revere: Vindrax.
* Touch of Vindrax's Nora cost changed from 30 to 40 (CD 8)
Equipment
* Betrayal changed to: Equipped champion gains Attack: Physical and Skirmisher. When this champion makes a successful basic attack, it makes a second attack at no cost. This equipment then transfers to a random valid champion with a different controller. If there are no valid targets, this equipment is destroyed.* Harmless Bauble changed to: Equipped champion is Defiled. This champion loses 2 HP at the end of each turn for each unique Cleansable condition that it has (to a maximum of 5 conditions).
